Commercial Real Estate involves
not just local land issues, but
the intricate knowledge of
infrastructure, as well as
regulations and laws. To present
land for development, or an
income producing property for
investment to a client, one must
know current uses, what is
allowed by right, and what is
not. There is a responsibility
to be informed in commercial
issues, and to properly advise
the public, none of which I take
lightly. Also, confidentiality
is part of my business, and I
strive to ensure that both my
Buyers and my Sellers understand
this. I also am fortunate to be
aligned with Grubb & Ellis
Company, a full service
Commercial Brokerage firm which
has a broad range of
professionals to further advise
my clients, and who represent
the top tier of the industry.
I have four children, eight
grandchildren, and am proud to
be a native Delawarean. Growing
up in Delaware, I was honored to
represent the State of Delaware
at Girl's Nation in Washington
DC, and subsequently toured the
State giving speeches to
encourage more high school girls
to become active in local
government. I enjoy volunteer
work, and presently sit on the
Statewide United Way of Delaware
Board of Directors.
