Brief Bio:

  • Delaware REALTOR since 1997. Land & Investment specialist
  • My primary responsibility is to my clients, protecting them in all real estate dealings, offering my local knowledge and expertise, guiding them through the buying/investing process
  • By staying on top of local issues, regulations and legislation through Public Policy committees and the State and County ruling bodies, I keep a watchful eye out for my client’s best interest, being in the know with any private property rights issues that could adversely affect customers
  • I am proud to have been a legacy Grubb & Ellis Vice President of Land Development, and was formerly associated with Newmark Knight Frank, the International Commercial Investment Firm.
  • Proud to have client referrals who value my expertise in working with Hotel owners, land developers and business owners to sell or procure a purchase. Always confidential in my work.
  • Local Volunteer, participate in local Boards, former Statewide UWDE BOD, former Rotarian, and strong supporter of Land Rights
  • Being told early on that success is based on “how much effort you put into your career”, I never put in less than 110% effort. That plus using the Golden Rule about how to treat everyone, has worked out very well for me, contributing to my success in Commercial Real Estate.
